Palm Shores:

Currently we have 3 homes on the market for sale and 1 is currently under contract taking back-up offers.
(see below)

The foreclosure on Leeway is back on the market. A few years ago it was purchased with the intent of flipping it.  The new owners worked on renovations for a year and were not able to sell the house for the price they needed. (Unfortunately the bank owns the home again).

Our last Home SALE in Palm Shores was in June, but we are still in line with last year sales so far.   In 2018 & 2019, we had 11 sales from January through September showing stability.  I like to watch the numbers, because the trends follow the numbers…….
