Palm Shores:   February 2019– We have 6 homes for sale, and 1 of them is under contract. You can view them by scrolling down this page.  The last sale in our community was in November, other than a rental.  That’s a little Slow!   But, the showings are slowly picking up again.  We recently had 2 homes go off the market after a long period of time, and 1 of them just might go back up for sale

Palm Beach County’s property market cooled in December, a month when home prices were essentially unchanged from a year ago and sales volumes fell.  According to Realtors, the county’s housing picture is shifting to a buyer’s market. There was a 5.1-month supply of homes for sale in December, up from a 4.8-month supply a year earlier. Some economic observers have pointed to 2018 as the final period in a long string of happy years of buyer demand and sales excitement for the housing industry.  Only time will tell.
