Palm Shores:  February 2019– We have 6 homes for sale, and 1 of them is under contract. You can view them by scrolling down this page.. Not your typical market as things have been quite slow for awhile.  The last sale in our community was over 3 months ago, other than a rental.  That’s Slow!  We recently had 2 homes  go off the market,  Probably because it is so slow.

Palm Beach County’s property market cooled in December, a month when home prices were essentially unchanged from a year ago and sales volumes fell.  According to Realtors, the county’s housing picture is shifting to a buyer’s market. There was a 5.1-month supply of homes for sale in December, up from a 4.8-month supply a year earlier. Some economic observers have pointed to 2018 as the final period in a long string of happy years of buyer demand and sales excitement for the housing industry.  Only time will tell.
